Are your strings designed specifically for Santa Cruz guitars?
Yes. Santa Cruz Parabolic Tension Strings are engineered to enhance the tone, balance, and dynamic response of both Santa Cruz guitars and other high-quality acoustics. They are crafted to bring out the full voice of your instrument without adding unnecessary tension.
What’s the difference between Low Tension and Mid Tension strings?
- Low Tension offers a lighter, more supple feel and is ideal for players who prefer ease of play and a more responsive touch.
- Mid Tension provides a bit more power and projection while maintaining SCGC’s signature tonal balance.
Both are designed to reduce strain on your guitar while bringing out its natural richness.
Are your accessories compatible with any guitar brand?
Yes. While many of our accessories are inspired by our handcrafted guitars, they are compatible with most standard acoustic guitars.
Ordering & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with full tracking details so you can follow your package to your doorstep.
Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact our support team promptly with your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Strings that have been installed and any used items cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?

What if my order arrived damaged?
If anything arrives damaged or defective, please reach out immediately with photos and details so we can make it right.

Strings do not carry a warranty due to their consumable nature, but if you believe you’ve received a defective set, please contact us and we’ll address it promptly.
Most accessories include a standard manufacturing guarantee.
